Monks top classic chart

Plainsong is top of the classics chart .. not the most obvious evangelism headline and I hesitated about adding it to Evangelism UK. However, it shows how interested people are in spiritual things outside church and music was one of the things which helped me come to faith ... so lets pray for this one:

Franklin Graham in Belfast

A souvenir Decision magazine arrived today with pictures of the recent Celebration of Hope in Belfast. It records 32,783 people attending and 2,445 coming forward to make a commitment of some sort. I notice various video links, especially for the music, are on Youtube. This particular link covers the invitation prayer and makes interesting viewing for the enthusiastic response of the young people shown in the arena:

Exist 'Out of the Box' tracts

Brian Moore from Glasgow Baptist church has launched a new initiative which is literally 'outside the box'. A small black box contains tracts which simply have single words from Jesus and a follow up web link. The size of a business card, one simply says 'What if?' and on the back 'God exists' with the web link. It is both simple and complex as it engages the mind to think about issues. Some idea is gained by the website:
