Ian Bunce sent this video link very tongue in cheek. I have not posted funny videos before but this has inspired me to post this one (it is well worth watching for 6:15 mins). Brilliant and how not to do the job. I shall offer others which again have direct bearing on evangelism. Several come to mind and I shall offer the ocassional link like this. You might have other suggestions which we can enjoy and learn from!
Andy Kind & Tony Vino are two alternative comedians who are using their comic talents as a resource to the ‘Church’, bringing laughter to the four corners of the UK. Since late 2005, they have been touring their uniquely hilarious 2-man show across the country, playing in churches, café’s, clubs and pubs. It’s easy: pick a venue, book the boys, get a crowd, then sit back and relax into an evening of wholesome comedy entertainment.
The idea is for Christians to bring mainstream comedy into their locality, whether that be a church, pub or community hall and to put on a comedy night open to all people. It is a chance for Christians and churches to connect with, and bless, their community by putting a smile on the face of those present.
